What is the maximum number of papers I can have Apostilled?
You can have an unlimited number of papers Apostilled at any given time. We consider the Memorandum and Articles of Association to be one document for the purpose of attaching an Apostille Certificate. Apostille certificates are required for all other documents.
When will my documents be apostilled?
We will certify your documents and send them to the FCDO for the Apostille Certificate to be attached after we receive payment.
We will send your Apostilled documents to you free of charge through Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Tracked and Signed service after they have been returned to us. DHL and other premium couriers are also available.
Where may I use my documents that have been apostilled?
Any of the 115 nations that have signed the 1961 Hague Convention will accept apostilled corporate documentation. We can't say whether these documents will be accepted in any other country that isn't a signatory to the Convention.
